Ingredients:
2 Atlantic Salmon filets
1tbsp butter
Method:
In a medium pan melt the butter of medium heat. Fry the salmon on both sides no more than 3 to 4 minutes. The best way to serve salmon is medium. It should be pink in the middle. |

Ingredients:
1 Fennel bulb julienne
3 Medium carrots julienne
1 Celery stalk julienne
1 Leek julienne
2tsp Truffle oil
2tsp Olive oil
3tsp Balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
Blend all the above ingredients in a large bowl. Serve with Atlantic salmon. Fine east coast fare.
