Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup water
2 1/2 tbsp plain yogurt
Salt to taste
A pinch of baking soda
1 tsp sugar |

Methods:
Combine flour, yogurt, salt, baking soda and sugar. Add water and mix well. Allow mixture to ferment for 8 hours. Separate dough into round balls and roll it in 8" rounds. Lift rolled naan and place on a hot skillet - it should stick to the pan. Turn skillet upside down facing the heat. Turn it back to its original position after it turns brown.
Remove from skillet and serve.
