Taste of Life visits with three of North America's most celebrated country inns to discover their approach to fine dining. Our first stop takes us to The Inn at Little Washington, where Executive Chef/Owner Patrick O'Connell tells us all about his country inn and his particular style of cuisine. Next stop is Vancouver Island where we'll find The Aerie Resort catering to guests' every needs and a serving of West Coast charm in each and every bite. Our last stop on the tour is The Blantyre Inn, located in the State of Massachusetts. Executive Chef Michael Roller will tell us all about what's cooking in his kitchen, and Roderick Anderson, Blantyre's Managing Director will give us the full tour.
