Ingredients: 2tbsp crushed ice 1 1/2 oz of vodka 1/2oz crème de cacao (white) 1/2oz cherry Juice 2 cherries for garnish

Methods:

1. This martini should be made with a shaker. We will be breaking with tradition here because we should shake this one. The reason is that it makes nice little ice crystals when you pour it into a glass.
2. Put the ice to a shaker and add the vodka, the white cream de cacao and add just a small dash of cherry juice.
3. Shake vigorously to break up the ice. In a chilled glass add the cherries and pour through a strainer into the glass.
4. A nice enjoyable cocktail, enjoy.
