Ingredients:
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
5 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Bunch of Fresh mixed greens in season
Methods:
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until you have reached a rich creamy consistency. If you find dressing too citrusy, add more olive oil. In a large salad bowl, drizzle dressing over mixed greensÖtoss and serve. Dressing may be refrigerated for up to 4 days.
