Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter
2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1/12 cup pre shucked oysters
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 cup soda cracker crumbs |

Methods:
Preheat a pan on medium heat. Add butter and saute garlic. Add oysters and stir gently. Continue until the edges of the oysters begin to curl slightly. Add fresh squeezed lemon juice, white wine, chopped parsley and cracker crumbs. Mix everything together well, place in a small casserole dish and serve.
