Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups diced cooking onion
1 1/2 cups diced celery
1 1/2 cups green pepper
1 pinch of dried thyme
1 pinch of dried basil
1 pinch of ground oregano
2 tsp sage
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1 cup turkey stock (chicken broth can be used as a substitute)
2 loafs of day old white bread (crust removed, cubed)
bread crumbs (if you would like a drier stuffing) |
