Taste of Life visits the famed market in Cannes and sees executive chef Christian Morisset searching out the best ingredients for our visit to his wonderful 2 Michelin star restaurant La Terrasse in the Hotel Juana. Here we discover asparagus and truffles, followed by ice cream made with basil, olive oil and berries. A feast for the eyes and the palate!
