Ingredients:
2 Salmon filets
2 Grouper filets
4 tbsp of Butter
2 cups of fresh Spinach
1/4 cup of Heavy Cream
1 cup of Candied Leeks
(Fresh chopped leeks tossed in 4 tbsp of white sugar and 2 tbsp of brown sugar. Let stand for 2 hours)
2 tbsp of Pesto
3-4 tbsp of fresh Chopped Tomato
Salt to taste
Fresh Ground Pepper to taste |
