Ingredients:
1 pheasant breast cut in to slivers
1/2 oz oil
1/2 oz butter
3 oz fresh cepes or frozen cut in pieces
1 garlic clove chopped
1 shallot chopped
1 oz wihte wine
3 oz cream 35%
1 oz parsely chopped
Methods:
- Sauted the pheasant in a hot fry pan then remove
- Add the butter the shallots, mushroom, garlic,then the wihte wine reduce by half add the cream and let it reduce until tick then add the pheasant.
- Add the parsely just before serving.
