Serves 4-8 people (one or two crabcakes per person)
Crabcakes
Ingredients:
1 lb. of lump crabmeat.
Grind in food processor, then add:
1oz minced garlic
2oz jerk seasoning
3oz thai chili garlic sauce
1 bunch green onions (scallions)
Japanese Breadcrumbs |

Methods:
- Blend all together and form "cakes" of a size to your liking.
- Coat each "cake" with the crumbs
- Cook in sauté pan until golden brown
Key Lime Crème Fraiche
Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1tbsp kosher salt
1tbsp ground black pepper
2 oz chopped parsley
3 oz key lime juice
Methods:
Blend all ingredients together and place a teaspoonful on each crab cake.
